This beautifully designed BergHOFF Eurocast Sauté pan is available in two sizes and is a true all-rounder that can be used to cook almost every type of dish in one pan! It is perfect for family meals, traditional fry-ups or even batch cooking. The sauté pan is essentially a frying pan with a steep lip and so can still be used to fry eggs, bacon, mushrooms and anything else you fancy for the perfect breakfast. It can also be used as a traditional saucepan; a wok; as a casserole pan in the oven (including the glass lid but remove the handle); and is primarily designed for Bolognese, chillies, stir-fries and those exquisite curries. Our removable handle allows you to start something on the hob before moving it to the oven. This is ideal for dishes such as a shepherd’s pie whereby you can sauté the mince on the hob before adding a layer of potato and placing in the oven for the ultimate dish all in one pan. Then serve it to the table with no need to transfer from dish to dish.
