We never ever see, or hold your credit/debit card information – your payment details are entered directly into our payment provider’s platform.

Due to new online payment legislation, you may be asked to complete more security measures when placing an order, such as validating your transaction via a security code via email or phone.

Once your order is received, our Marketplace system may also spot-check your order against common fraud measures. If your order does not pass our checks it may be held for review, which may add to the timeframe that your item is dispatched. As a responsible Marketplace we have a zero acceptable fraud policy and by purchasing from us, you accept that your order may be held for review.
