The precision gooseneck spout ensures a stable, consistent flow of water for maximum flavour extraction. While the digital LED display and controls allow you to monitor and change the temperature in either Celsius or Fahrenheit, you can also use the keep warm function to keep the temperature warm for longer. The LCD display shows the real-time temperature, sets the temperature, tells you how long it’ll be warm, and shows the working state. In the °C mode, the temperature is set every 5 °C, with each level (add clockwise, subtract anticlockwise) adjusting the range from 40°C to 100°C. The adjust range is 100°F–212°F when in °F mode (add clockwise, subtract anticlockwise).
